Another residential project by L.A. Construction Inc. On this lot stood a bungalow which we demolished and constructed this custom luxury home. This construction is not a typical basic construction. We started from the foundation walls, RDC and the 2nd floor all insulated concrete forms, ICF given this a R-40 value in terms of Thermal Resistance. This home is wall to wall concrete.

This project has heated floors, LED recessed lights, full classic heavy doors that measure 96″. not your typical doors. Classic base molding, and to add a touch of class, a perfect stain color on the doors, moldings and stairs and floors.
